Dove Welfare Foundation regularly organizes congregational marriage programs all over Pakistan in which multiple marriages are arranged in one program. We also support individual marriages in availability of our Marriage Support Fund. In congregational/individual marriages, we provide the following items to each couple in order to support them for the new beginnings.
Basic home furniture which includes
Double bed with side tables
Two chairs along with table
A cupboard
Bed mattress, blanket and pillows etc.
Sewing machine
Pedestal fan
Steel crockery
Dinner set
35 guest invitations for each couple
Dove Welfare Foundation has successfully arranged marriages of 200+ couples in different congregational marriage ceremonies during the course of few years.
Due to the rise in poverty in Pakistan, poor parents cannot afford to get their daughters married with dignity and pride and thus, allow their daughters to fulfil this crucial rite.
Marriage is a moral safeguard as well as a social building block. Through marriage, families are established and the family is considered to be the fundamental unit of society in Pakistan.
The Prophet ﷺ also enjoined people to marry and said:
“When one marries, they have fulfilled half of their religion, so let them fear God regarding the remaining half.”
Dove Foundation realizes the difficulty of many poor families. With your support, we will provide marriage assistance funds and wedding gifts.
